REPRINT OPTION:

If you were issued an RFID card in previous seasons and no longer have it, you can request a re-print. If you never had an RFID card, one will be mailed and you do not need to request a reprint. If you have already requested a reprint, or if you are a new season pass holder who has not yet received, please contact us at customerservice@rabbithill.com.

Note: This reprint option is intended for season pass holders only.

Reminder: Each person requiring a reprint must be individually selected when submitting your request. Reprints will not be processed automatically for all members on an account.

Completed passes (photo and release agreement signed) will be mailed out in late summer/early fall, prior to the winter season opening day. Please make sure your address is correctly inputted on your profile to receive your pass in a timely manner.
The last day for mail outs will be November 7th, 2025. If you purchase your season pass after November 7th, RFID cards can be picked up from Customer Service.
